Project PR has been recognised as one of the best PR and marketing agencies in the UK after national industry magazine The Drum named it as the second most awarded agency in the South East and 37th in the top 100 most awarded in the UK, excluding London agencies. Project PR is the only agency in East Anglia to feature in the top five for the South East after accumulating 17 nationally recognised PR industry awards over the last five years. This includes winning Gold for ‘Outstanding PR Consultancy of the Year’ in the 2010 regional awards of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR). The Drum looked at 33 national award schemes that were run during 2010 for advertising, marketing, design, digital and PR agencies as part of their annual ‘Most Awarded Agencies’ rankings. Director, Penny Arbuthnot said: “We’ve got a very strong team who are adept at understanding our clients’ needs and producing PR and media relations programmes which deliver real results. We are of course delighted to win this recognition and we’ll be aiming for further success with our clients this year.” Project PR has built its success by delivering effective PR, media relations, reputation management and social media for local, regional and national companies and organisations. Regionally based clients include Ipswich Building Society, Christies Care, Renewables East and Grant Thornton. National clients include Ford Retail, Sanctuary Personnel and Skills Training UK. In 2011 the agency is delivering pro bono PR work for Ipswich Women’s Aid as part of its corporate responsibility programme. See www.thedrum.co.uk/mostawarded/2011 for further details |
